PRIVACY POLICY

Effective date: [August 27, 2026]

GRANDSLAM Equity LLC (“Grandslam,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit www.grandslamequity.com (the “Site”), contact us, request an investor presentation, or use our investor portal.

This Site is intended for adults in the United States who may qualify as accredited investors. It is not directed to children or to the general public as an offer of securities.

1. Who we are

GRANDSLAM Equity LLC
PO BOX 53180

Lubbock, TX 79452
Phone: 1-800-234-0132
Email: [investors@grandslamequity.com]

2. Information we collect

You give us

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number.

  • Investor-inquiry details: what you are interested in investing in, and any message you type (including the “Investor Presentation” form on the Deals page and the Site contact form).

  • [LLC-formation intake, if still live:] names of proposed members, ownership percentages, registered-agent information, and other company-formation details you submit.

  • Accreditation-related information you choose to provide (for example, that you are an accredited investor). We may later collect documents or third-party verification as part of a formal offering process; that process is described in offering documents, not on this public Site.

  • Communications: emails, calls to 1-800-234-0132, and messages via Facebook or Instagram if you contact those accounts.

We collect automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, date/time, and approximate location derived from IP.

  • Cookies and similar technologies used by our website host (currently Wix) for the Site to function, remember preferences, and understand traffic. [Wix analytics / “Wix BI” is present today. We do not currently operate a Meta Pixel; this draft assumes you may add advertising pixels. Delete or keep §6 accordingly.]

From others

  • Service providers who process data for us (hosting, forms, email, investor portal).

  • Public records we already use in our mineral-acquisition business (for example, county records). That activity is separate from Site visitors unless you are both a Site user and a mineral owner we contact.

We do not ask you to submit Social Security numbers, account passwords, or wire instructions through the public Site. Do not send those by web form.

3. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and send the investor presentation or other materials you request.

  • Determine whether to have a further conversation about a possible private offering (including screening for accredited-investor status).

  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site.

  • Comply with law, offering documents, and records-retention obligations.

  • [If you run Meta or other ads:] measure and improve advertising, including matching hashed contact data to platforms that show our ads, and building lookalike or custom audiences. You can limit some of this as described in §6 and §8.

  • [If true:] form Texas LLCs or other entities only when you have asked us to do so through the applicable form.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. How we share information

We share personal information with:

  • Website host and form processor: Wix.com Ltd. and its affiliates, which host the Site and receive form submissions.

  • Investor portal: Juniper Square if you become an investor or are invited to the portal at app.junipersquare.com.

  • Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants, and consultants who need the information to serve us.

  • Accreditation and offering process: placement or verification vendors, escrow/fund administrators, and, where required, the issuer of a specific offering [name GP/issuers].

  • Advertising platforms: Meta Platforms

  • Authorities when we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of an offering.

  • A buyer or successor if we sell or reorganize the business, subject to this policy or equivalent protections.

We do not permit these parties to use Site-inquiry data to market their own products, except as needed to provide services to us (for example, Wix sending a form-notification email).

5. Retention

We keep inquiry records as long as needed for the purpose collected, then for a reasonable period to meet legal, tax, audit, and securities-recordkeeping needs [counsel: private-offering files are often kept at least 6 years / duration of the offering plus X years — insert the firm’s actual retention rule]. Portal and investor-file data follows the offering documents and Juniper Square’s retention. You may ask us to delete form data as described in §8; we may retain what law or an ongoing offering requires.

6. Cookies and ads

The Site uses cookies that are necessary to run the pages and forms. Wix may also set analytics cookies.

If / when we add advertising pixels (including Meta): those tools may collect Site use and device identifiers, combine them with information the platform already has about you, and help us see which ads led to a form fill. Meta and similar platforms have their own privacy policies. You can use Meta Ad Preferences and industry opt-outs such as optout.aboutads.info.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small private-investment firm. No website or transmission is completely secure. Do not email confidential financial statements or wire instructions unless we have given you a designated secure channel.

8. Your choices and state privacy rights

Email and calls. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or email us to opt out of marketing. We may still send transactional or legally required messages. If you do not want marketing calls, tell us; we honor do-not-call requests for our own outbound marketing.

Access, correction, deletion. Email [Investors@GrandSlamEquity.com] with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We will need enough information to verify it is you.

California (CPRA) and Texas (TDPSA), if they apply to us.  You may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, and (California) opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and not to be retaliated against for exercising rights. Authorized agents may submit requests as those laws allow. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights.

Categories we collect, in CPRA terms (last 12 months): identifiers (name, email, phone, IP); commercial / investor-inquiry information; internet / electronic activity; geolocation at city or region level from IP; [inferences, if any]. Sources: you, your device, our service providers. Purposes and recipients: §§3–4. [We have not sold personal information for money.] [We have / have not “shared” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.]

9. Children

The Site is not directed to anyone under 18 (or under 16). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International visitors

We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from elsewhere, you understand your information will be processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection rules than your country. [The Site is not intended to solicit EU/UK investors. Delete GDPR language unless counsel says you need it.]

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change. Material changes will be posted on this page. [Optional: email people on our inquiry list.]
